if you ask me - im ready.

Initially I had a hard time trying to find out how this would fit in with my lifestyle but it's been the perfect fit so far...
.. depending on my mood it keeps me productive or entertained when im on the go. The available apps are phenomenal, the screen impressive and typing is a breeze. It's thin, light and allows me to leave my laptop at home and navigate threw web pages, e-mails and apps on a whim. The 9" screen is ample realestate to view/edit pictures, videos and text documents not to mention capitalizes on the interactive experience that Apple is famous for.
Now the cons: A camera would be nice- but it's not a deal breaker for me. (im sure future generations will have a camera anyway..) The biggest draw back so far has been the missing USB port.. essentially I've lost the freedom/ability to import or export anything (my music, videos, pictures, documents) without using iTunes. Extremely inconvenient.
..Granted it's not going to be a great solution for everyone -- If your on the fence like I was I say exercise the "return policy". Buy it, use it and if it's not for you then return it. it's really the only advice I can share if your at all interested in an iPad.
get it.. customize it to your liking.. and if it's still not something that simplifies your lifestyle take it back. simple as that. (always nice to have an unintentional rhyme close out a post.)

"Make a dream become a Reality"

A friend of mine flipped me this video on facebook a few weeks ago..i've watched it daily (at this point i can recite the speech verbatim) I searched online but couldn't find much background on who this guy is or what the "Advantage" program is so i don't have much context to share... but it's clearly a motivational speech an although the audience in video are youth the message is valid across all age groups... simply put its a great reminder of the work/sacrifices it takes to be successful (...cue the drake track here)... anyway it really resonates with me an hopefully you enjoy his delivery..

This is your conscience (.com)

I was having a conversation with my friend earlier about my recent relationship, after sharing a few laughs and stories, somehow Lincoln's blog came up. The name wasn't familiar to me so I decided to check it out.
While spending more than 20 minutes on it, an article that stuck with me was this...

Romance is not an ACT it’s an ART and making love isn’t something you HAVE it’s something you CREATE. When both work together flawlessly, can take even the most reserved of women from a cold, standoffish asexual being to a sensuous freak craving your very touch – and it doesn’t take much.

Please don’t confuse my interpretation of Mind Sex with the lame Dead Prez song with negroes talking about playing chinese checkers on futons and eating garden salads and wearing kufi’s. For me Mind Sex is all about ‘Penetration-Preparation’ or basically everything you do before you put it in. I’ve always been a firm believer that if she is not dripping all over the place just before the sex, then you have not properly ‘pre-heated’ the oven and the turkey ain’t ready to be put in yet.
Most people think of foreplay as an arduous and lengthy act, but it does not have to be either of those. And here’s how..

1st Step) Greet Her PROPERLY

The first thing you need to do as a man is drop the selfishness and silly past fights and just get yourself in the mindset that you don’t matter. Not tonight. Tonight it’s all about HER. You can’t just TRY to do this, you need to FULLY commit to this way of thinking because the most important part of Mind Sex, is the initial greeting – whatever way you typically greet her is NOT good enough. No “Hey,” “What’s Good?” or “What the hell took you so long?”

2nd Step) Be Attentive To The SMALL Things
Women are extremely attentive so they notice the smallest things when it comes to interacting with a man. And it’s not even small, OBVIOUS things like did you open the door for her or did you pull her chair out. It’s more innocuous than that. Though it’s different for every woman, it’s things like: how you introduce her to your boy that you saw at dinner (you introduced her as “My woman” and not “My friend” or just her name) or things like a non-obvious compliment or a brief sensual touch on the arm.

3rd Step) Eye Contact Is Crucial
The eyes are definitely the window to the soul and the intensity of a lustful look is what women are into. It might sound weird to us men, but it actually makes a lot of sense. Women see lack of eye-contact as a lack-of-confidence and if you can’t stare deep into her eyes it’s either because you’re too scared, too shy or too dishonest, but whatever it is, he’s NOT someone she wants to take home and find out IF he can please her. If she playfully asks ‘Why are you looking at me like that?’ then you have her right where you want her.

4th Step) Every Touch Is Calculated And Delivered With Force
Most men don’t know how to deliver the Casual Panty-Moistener hug, but the ones that do know EXACTLY how something as small as a hug can go a long way in creating sexual anticipation. A woman’s body is not meant to be grabbed or groped UNTIL it’s get-it-in time; her body is meant to be EXPLORED. Unlike men, women have many erogenous zones all over their body and it’s all about caressing those parts subtely enough that you don’t look like you are just being an inexperienced, overzealous horny-bastard like one of those kids from American Pie or Superbad, but without enough force that she knows YOU cherish every inch of her body even when it’s fully clothed.

5th Step) Find The Right Pace
This is crucial. Remember that YOU don’t control the pace, and neither does SHE. Her body controls the pace and if you can’t read it, then you will NEVER know when she’s ready. A woman’s body can NOT hide it’s reaction to pleasure, though she can keep a straight face or keep quiet, her body will always give away how turned on she is. The final stage of Mind Sex some may call teasing, but I just call “previewing.” You don’t ravish her neck and collar bone with your tongue, but you give her a strong massage and even know and then just pass your [non-chapped] lips over the back of her neck for a brief moment and feel her tense up waiting for to kiss and neck her, but don’t – just pull away slowly and let her mind imagine how good it will feel when you actually do it.
This isn’t meant to be a how to please your woman manual, just some friendly reminders that bringing out the freak in your girl doesn’t take a stripper pole or Booty Call 56 DVD’s, just some time, attention to detail and willingness to please.

Levis states something i've been thinking for years...

all asses were not created equal - completely agree. according to Levis' through extensive research (which included taking over 60,000 3-D images of the female body) they've created revolutionary jeans that will not only fit better but feel better for 80% of North American women. The three new fits for ladies now include.. slight curve(no ass), demi curve (a lil ass) and bold curve (a lotta ass). no sign of "bolder curve" (a whole lotta ass) yet but im sure if these start selling they'll continue to make additions to the line up -- learn more or find your "Curve ID" here any female denim enthusiasts considering giving these a try? or are levis not "cool" for females? if you like half naked females and creative advertising ..... Merry Christmas

** by now if your at work you should have already closed this based on the title but since you haven't i'll give you my advice and then you can do whatever you want.. your job.. your life.. right? between you an me you might want to bookmark this post and check it out when you get home.. because this video although revolutionary and unique from and advertising perspective probably isn't worth you loosing your job. ** I guess I could have made the title for this post "only for the grown and sexy" but I kinda wanted to give the people at work a heads up... anyway on to the main event. --I think it's only fair that I share the background I got prior to seeing this for the first time; then give you the chance to see it for yourself... after if you feel so inclined, you can tell me what you think.. (or not) ....that's usually how this bloggin thing goes anyway. without further ado an e-mail sent to me from a female co-worker.... title:Don't Judge Me body: Fleggaard Holding is based in Krusaa, Denmark. Just across Germany's northern-most border with Denmark you'll find an incredible superstore called Fleggaard. There, you can buy everything you need - tubs of gummi bears, cases of wine, industrial strength dishwashing soap - at prices 30% cheaper than you'll find in Denmark. It is Denmark's Costco, packaged as a German loophole. Here is the link to one of the best advertisements ever made Click Here Andy twitter.com/whatnowandy

Akon will never have to work a day in his life

Lady Gaga was presented with a plaque commemorating her sales of 13 million albums and 51 million singles worldwide. This over the course of just two years... That's amazing!!!

“Lessons From Life, by 90-year-old Regina Brett”

Life isn’t fair, but it’s still good.

When in doubt, just take the next small step.

Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and parents will. Stay in touch!

Pay off your credit cards every month.

You don’t have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

Cry with someone. It’s more healing than crying alone.

It’s OK to get angry with God. He can take it.

Save for retirement starting with your first paycheck.

When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.

Make peace with your past so it won’t screw up the present.

It’s OK to let your children see you cry.

Don’t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn’t be in it.

Everything can change in the blink of an eye. But don’t worry; God never blinks.

Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.

Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyful.

Whatever doesn’t kill you really does make you stronger.

It’s never too late to have a happy childhood. But the second one is up to you and no one else.

When it comes to going after what you love in life, don’t take no for an answer.

Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie. Don’t save it for a special occasion. Today is special.

Over-prepare, then go with the flow.

Be eccentric now. Don’t wait for old age to wear purple.

The most important sex organ is the brain.

No one is in charge of your happiness but you.

Frame every so-called disaster with these words ‘In five years, will this matter?’

Always choose life.

Forgive everyone everything.

What other people think of you is none of your business.

Time heals almost everything. Give time time.

However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

Believe in miracles.

God loves you because of who God is, not because of anything you did or didn’t do.

Don’t audit life. Show up and make the most of it now.

Growing old beats the alternative — dying young.

Your children get only one childhood.

All that truly matters in the end is that you loved.

Get outside every day. Miracles are waiting everywhere.

If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else’s, we’d grab ours back.

Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.

The best is yet to come.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.

Yield.

Life isn’t tied with a bow, but it’s still a gift.

ASOS Update

I did a post a couple of weeks ago here about dresses i bought from ASOS. The dresses got here a few days ago, i was happy because i did not have to pay customs fees, the package was just waiting for me at the concierge but what i noticed is that the dresses look so much better on the website. The quality looks rather cheap in real life O_o
I did like ONE of the dresses i got, a leopard one becasue the fabric was a stretch cotton but it was very thin so i wore somethin underneath it.

Would i shop there again? depends on what the fabric of the dress i would want is...
Would i drop as much money as i did last time? Hell no
