Hard work pays off

Beyonce is one of the few female artists I truly respect. Her footage from tours and behind the scenes footage is set to be released sometime soon on either a DVD or reality show. This clip from her performance on the 06` VMA's has surfaced its way onto the internet. I find it to be inspiring. Check out how much of a perfectionist she really is. Go ahead... werrrrrk!
