A 25-year old Gladstone man was arrested earlier this week after he allegedly ejaculated on a female shopper.Authorities believe the suspect, Ricardo Faulk, somehow deposited the substance on a 31-year old mother while her 3-year old child was with her at Target on Saturday afternoon.
Investigators released surveillance video of the man leaving the store and he turned himself in on Tuesday.
Faulk was booked in the Clackamas County Jail and released. He was charged with harassment, a Class B misdemeanor, which carries a maximum 6 month jail sentence and $2,500 fine.
