Nebby is Toronto's very own socialite. Mingling with Toronto's most prestigious; she's that girl with the party nightlife and survives to tell about it in her blog called 'The Segment'. Parties and schmoozing aren't the only things she talks about in her blog though. Fashion, love, and sad times all make their way into her posts and no topic is left without discussion. One-third of a blog collaboration consisting of her sister and a friend, they all bring something different to the table; definitely engaging their followers to grow with them. Their followers have reached numbers far beyond their expectations, thus as their social life and experiences grow, so does their blog. Nebby's contribution is in the way of an interactive forum for her and her followers to relate on topics that are usually random thoughts and happenings of her everyday life. Whatever is on her mind she discusses and receives feedback that varies from humourous to intense. However, of late she has been discussing more rated R, 18+ topics that she finds extremely entertaining. Not surprising when you take into consideration her fun-loving nature. "The topics and questions I am asked are very random. I'm weird; I like to look into things that I have never been exposed to," Nebby says with laughter. "Discussions on things like positions, or certain sexual topics I have never discussed with anyone before. My followers give advice and answer some of my own personal questions which I really appreciate." Nebby's diary style blog is fun and risky -- exactly why her followers continue their voyeurisms into the life and times of a Toronto Socialite.
PM: What does being a bachelorette mean to you? N: I guess you have to be single and loving what you're doing, whatever it is. PM: Being an independent woman and a professional at that, do you look for a guy that is at the same professional level as you? N: If you line up all the guys I've dated, you'll see no similarities. I can be attracted to a guy's style, or humour, or the way he eats. I'm weird like that. So, if I'm intrigued by something about him that's why I'm going to pursue him. PM: What are your top three things you look for in a guy? N: (a) He has to be tall, and I'm only 5'4. I love a guy that looks like a "man" (b) Really funny. Keeps me on my toes (c) Understanding PM: What is the first thing you notice about a guy? N: Well after height… his smile. PM: If style matters to you, does style make a man? N: No. You can put any man in anything off the rack. It doesn't change who the man is. It's about how he carries himself. It's about swag. PM: Turn offs, turn ons? N: Offs-A guy that talks about himself too much, talks about his ex, a guy that chews with his mouth open, disrespect, when he tries to get straight to the point and it takes a while and takes a lot of work. Ons-are the same as my man necessities. PM: Ideal first date? (a.) Eatery (and I mean a restaurant), (b) Night at the beach or (c) Lounge/club (music). Why? N: You know the last time I went on a date I was 16 and I'm 23 now. I'm a home body, so for me hanging out is better. I like to establish a friendship where we laugh and joke. I think there is too much pressure on dates; the whole, "I'll pick you up at 7 and getting dressed up." I'd rather I meet you there and we laugh and joke and I go my way and you go yours. But if I had to pick, I'd pick the beach. Only because I love it. You can walk and talk. PM: Have you ever kissed on the first date? N: Since I haven't been on an actual date since I was 16 and even then I went on dates with my boyfriend at the time, I can't say that I have kissed on a first date. But I can't say that I won't. I'm not against it. If the spark is there, go for it. PM: Do you believe in love at first sight? N: No I don't. PM: How do you know when you're feeling a guy? How would he know you're feeling him? N: I know I'm feeling a guy when I can't stop thinking about him. I mean I have pride issues. I'll wait and let him contact me. And when he does I'm like "awww, he likes me." I would never tell him that though. I usually give a little bit and when I feel were on the same level, I'll give him a little bit more. He has to earn it. He'd know I was feeling him because I would eventually tell him. PM: Finish this sentence. I wear my heart on my? N: Don't laugh at me, but I wear my heart on my sleeve under my leather jacket. So he wont know it's there unless I show him. Want more Ladies???? Click HERE
