As far as the I didn't remember statement I think he's referring to the fact that the report of her statement revealed the amount of boxes she received he prolly couldn't remember the exact amount but she was prolly counting em like he was beating her in syllables.
This all being said I think the media should let this rest so the girl can move on with her life and stop being reminded she was the victim of such a heinous crime.
