isn't it always refreshing to hear good music..instead of shit music... remember when rappers didn't use that bullshit Auto-Tune or Vocoder (or whatever they use) to fuk with their voices?... lets go back to those days

As far as Kanye's new album 808 & Phil Collins heartbreaks... NOT FEELING THAT SHIT AT ALL.. guess my expectations might have been too high...personally I still rock to College Dropout

the album will make a great coaster around Valentines day though... looking forward to that.
I agree with you, kanye's album is very overrated.. most people say they like it just beacuse its the cool thing to say... I rather listen to phonte sing/rap
THANK YOU!!!! Everybody else looks at me like I'm crazy when I say that 808s is an abomination. Lyrically it's a classic, but he could have saved all that auto-tune crap and used his natural voice. I I hate when people say that rappers are using auto-crap to bring something new to Hip-Hop. It's really getting to be too much for me, especially since the rappers themselves don't call it music, it's just an eff'n project. KANYE FAIL.
I just ordered The Renaissance and I can't wait until I can put that shit on repeat.
808 didn't do it for me either...and I REALLY wanted it to! I love "Heartless" and "Love Lockdown", but not enough to buy the whole album.
Ditto on the 808's FAIL. Maybe he shoulda stayed in College after all??
One thing we can all agree on is: this album will make an awesome coaster on valentines day..
