Try Something New: AIR YOGA

For those who are interested in trying something new - I was reading the Toronto Star the other day and came across a great piece. If you want a relaxing state of mind or love yoga as much as I do, then you'll probably enjoy a new technique called Air Yoga or AntiGravity Aerial Yoga (ZGA). It's designed to increase overall health, physical strength and flexibility.

Break up talk I guess...I heard it yesterday and I personally don't care to know what this girl was doing while you two were dating. How do I know you're telling the truth and even if you are what's the point of sharing with us the negatives of a relationship which clearly did not work out. 
I can only comment on the medical part of the song where it states that she was sexually active during pregnancy and I know for a fact that Doctors around the world advise to do so as a woman should never neglect intercourse, especially during pregnancy.

its' that time of year again...

As most of you know.. im a sucker for a good marketing campaign and the NBA never disappoints - check out their latest trailer for the NBA 2009 Playoffs.. I admit i wasn't fan of this kanye track - shit was wack to me.. (but as i keep on watching this video, i felt a slight change of heart coming along - i still hate auto tune but im upgrading this track from "turn that shit off" to "let that ride for a minute") this track+ video is a perfect compliment to the NBA's current slogan ("where Amazing happens") - they were 100% on point with the song selection ( i can't think of a better track for this video) not to mention the video it self is beautiful. To the creative marketing leads at NBA: yall killed it on this one.. it's playoff time so who yall wit this year? andy, Amazing starts on April 18th

I got good news and bad news... The good news: Google has new feature where you can Unsend an email!!!!! The bad news: ...you only got 5 pretty seconds.
