He did not offend the Jews. From a Christian perspective he was simply telling them the thruth. And from one Christian to another, I can understand where he's coming from. Perhaps he could've used other words to express himself, but the thruth was told that day. And a lot of people share his opinion, but never actually say it, especially in Hollywood.
